You can post or browse the classified ads, access popular or recommended software downloads, find archived newsletters, employee favorites and (in the event you forget your password) a convenient way to have your password emailed to you.

COMPUTER FIRST AID

This is a great page with tons of information (step-by-step) on how to get back to Full Access Internet service when your computer is infected or otherwise compromised by a virus, trojan, worm, spyware, etc.

CLASSIFIEDS

To safeguard you from what lurks out there on the Web, STI’s Classifieds have been placed on the Members Only site. Only STI subscribers may post or browse the classified ads. Too many subscribers were falling prey to scams and loosing hundreds – sometimes thousands – of dollars. To find out more about the “Nigerian Scam” or other scams, check out the Sierra Star, STI Newsletter or the United States Secret Service website.

If you looked hard enough on the Internet, you would find these programs. But who needs that?! We’ve conveniently located them here for you. Programs include anti-virus, anti-spyware, personal firewall, pop-up blocker, etc. Check ‘um out!

Forget Your Password?

If you have forgotten the password to your STI account, it can be emailed to you. Fill out and submit this form.

For security reasons we will only email passwords for STI accounts to the corresponding email address. For example, the password for someuser@sti.net will be emailed to someuser@sti.net. If you are unable to access this email account, contact STI Technical Support by email at support@sti.net or by phone at 1-877-638-7787.

Note: All email addresses at any of STI's acquired domains (sierranet.net, tminet.com, bnis.net, cnetech.com, or kingsnet.com) are automatically linked to their corresponding STI email address. The password will be emailed to the corresponding STI email address and will be the current password for that account.
